Eyewear retailer Lenskart Solutions Ltd has leased 88,343 sq ft of premium office space at Worldmark 6 in Delhi's Aerocity. The total rental commitment for the nine-year lease is estimated at around ₹232 crore, according to property documents accessed by Propstack.
The deal highlights the strong demand for high-quality office spaces in Delhi-NCR's leading business hubs.
The office space is situated on the eighth floor of Worldmark 6, a commercial tower owned by Alborz Developers Ltd. The lease started on April 1, 2026, and has been registered as a fresh agreement.
As part of the lease, Lenskart will pay a monthly rent of ₹1.86 crore, which works out to ₹210 per sq ft. The company has also deposited ₹7.42 crore as security.
The agreement is valid for nine years, with the rent set to increase by 15% every three years, in line with common commercial leasing practices.
Delhi's Aerocity has become one of the most preferred commercial office destinations in the NCR region. Its location near the Indira Gandhi International Airport and the availability of premium Grade A office buildings continue to attract leading companies.
Businesses from sectors such as technology, aviation, consulting, financial services and flexible workspaces have been expanding their presence in the area.
The latest lease by Lenskart reflects the growing interest of fast-growing consumer brands in securing large office spaces at well-connected business locations.
According to Raja Seetharaman, Co-founder of Propstack, Lenskart's latest office lease further strengthens Aerocity's position as one of Delhi-NCR's top commercial hubs.
He said the transaction follows several major leasing deals at Worldmark 6, where companies such as Hero MotoCorp, WeWork, and The Executive Centre have also taken office space in recent months.
These large transactions show that companies continue to prefer premium office buildings in locations that offer excellent connectivity and modern infrastructure.
Industry experts believe demand for Grade A office space in Delhi-NCR remains healthy despite changing workplace trends. Well-connected business districts such as Aerocity continue to attract large occupiers because of their modern facilities, premium office environment and easy access to the airport.
Lenskart's latest lease is another sign that India's commercial real estate market continues to see strong activity from expanding businesses looking for high-quality office space.
